While this wasn’t a complaint aimed at media outlet, it is a complaint/nature-based threat on a public figure which was CC’ed to a media outlet. Besides, it’s just too awesome not to share with you all.

Dear Mr POLITICIAN …

just wanted to let you know that I’m praying for your personal safety, as well as for the safety of those in your life whom you hold dear.

Are you familiar with the geological science of supervolcanoes? Experts believe that if the dormant caldera at Yellowstone ever awakens from its slumber, it could exterminate all plant and animal life on the North American Continent.

While I am certain you will continue to encourage death threats against Democratic members of Congress over the issue of health care reform, I will continue to pray for an explosive event at Yellowstone that will bury you, your surrogates, and everyone you love under several feet of volcanic ash.
